About the Company

SafetyApp is a Pune-based SaaS platform focused on digital safety governance, construction safety, labour compliance and incident management. We work with leading construction and infrastructure companies across India.

This role supports the expansion of SafetyApp in the Mumbai region. (No physical office in Mumbai.)

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers, running product demonstrations, building their own pipeline and closing deals across MMR. This is a pure hunting role — the candidate is expected to independently generate leads through market mapping, networking, field visits and proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate self-sourced leads across construction, real estate and infrastructure segments

  • Conduct product demos and walkthroughs with decision-makers

  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM

  • Achieve monthly activity targets (prospecting, demos, proposals)

  • Close new customer subscriptions for SafetyApp across MMR

  • Travel to client sites, safety audits, meetings and events

  • Prepare proposals, coordinate with Pune HQ and manage follow-ups

  • Maintain disciplined reporting and CRM hygiene

  • Build strong relationships with safety heads, project teams and senior stakeholders​

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 1–4 years in B2B sales (SaaS or construction-tech preferred)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to prospect, pitch and close deals independently

  • Comfortable working in a remote + field setup (no Mumbai office)

  • High discipline, self-motivation and target orientation

  • Ability to understand product features and communicate value

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
