Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base.

Education
MBA (Marketing) with BSC/BTECH graduation (Comp sci/IT)

Basic understanding of IT services i.e. Software, Mobile apps, and Cloud.
MS office skills
Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication skills
Lead Generation

Passion for Sales is a MUST, should have a Hunter Mindset.

Should be organized and very detail oriented.

Should be comfortable connecting with prospects on the phone and explaining the company services in targeted specific countries

Setting appointments for the business head.

Should have ability to stay consistent will follow-ups and document all the conversations properly.

Proven experience of IT services i.e. Software, Mobile apps, and Cloud.

Experience with Mid-sized IT services company or lead gen ( for IT services ) company.

Will have to interact with foreign clients.

Open to working at 3 pm - 12 am Shift timings (Male candidates) For female candidates; shift timings, 12 PM - 8 PM ( Can work for the EMEA region)

Good at MS office skills. (Excel and Word).

Should be able to generate at least 3 to 6 qualified leads every month.

Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, your role will include:

Active participation in learning, leveraging, and contributing to the evolution of our demand- generation process.

Follow the outreach campaign plan created by the business head that will involve activities that would include but not be limited to Email, Calls, and LinkedIn outreach.

You will be sending out new connection requests to target customers on LinkedIn along with
-
Emails and follow-up with a call.

You will be running a scripted triage call with a customer and documenting your discussion in the CRM tool.

7-8 touchpoints to potential customers before marking a lead to cold lead database.

Execute a Demand Generation Campaign.

Build conversations on LinkedIn (You will be trained for this in-house).

Have to make 70-80 calls to potential customers.

Follow the internal sales process and Submit Daily Report.
